The part was easy to find and order on the site. It was posted out the same day and I opted for paying for next daydelivery. As promised, it arrived the next day, and being the correct part, it was easily installed in about 10 minutes. Total cost, £24.00 . Far better and cheaper than relying on a tradesman to turn up, or buying a new oven for over £300. I have made a note of this reliable firm for future reference.
