This New World oven control knob slots onto the cooker panel with supreme ease, and once it's fitted, you can turn it clockwise or anticlockwise to control the temperature of your oven. New World appliances come with temperature markings printed on the body of the cooker, so the knob itself is relatively bare, although there is a clearly-marked dial to clarify which direction the dial is pointing in.
