The Rangemaster P024809 genuine rapide burner cap is a removable metal disc that sits on the very top of the burner body or skirt. Over time these caps will suffer from corrosion and discolouration, which is unavoidable.

Measuring a diameter of 100mm, this part will protect the burner body from damage. It will also absorb heat that will help speed up the cooking process further.
