Excellent. I bought a full set of burner caps for my Falcon cooker and they are perfect. Prior to purchase I was concerned that they may not all be a good match (matt vs gloss finish etc) but the salesperson was really helpful and had them checked in the warehouse before I placed my order. it only took a day or so for the checking before the salesperson called me back, and after ordering, delivery only took 2 days which was really really fast, especially in the current environment.
