Very helpful advice over the 'phone, plus help in identifying the exact cooker model. Swift delivery and fitted the replacement element in my AGA Masterchef (Rangemaster) myself because no engineer locally would touch it. Total cost £35.00 and an hour on Sunday morning. Better than £300 from go-assist!
